Lebanon's prime minister-designate has formed a national unity cabinet, five months after his won parliamentary elections in June.
Saad al-Hariri submitted on Monday evening a list of ministers to Lebanon's President ,Michel Sleimanin Beirut after tough negotiations with opposition leaders over the make-up of the cabinet.
The 30-member cabinet would include 15 ministers from Hariri's March 14 coalition and 10 from the opposition camp, which includes the Hezbollah movement.
The remaining five ministers, including the interior and defense portfolios, are appointed by Sleiman.
According to the third decree, the new ministers are: PM Saad Hariri, Vice PM and Defense Minister Elias Murr, Ministers Boutros Harb (Labor), Akram Chehayeb (Displaced), Ghazi Aridi (Public Work), Michel Pharaon (State Minister for Parliament Affairs), Ali Abdallah (Youth and Sports), Adnan Kassar (State Minister), Mohamad Jawad Khalife (Health), Mohamad Safadi (Economy), Tarek Mitri (Information), Mohamad Fneish (Administrative Development), Jean Augassabian (State Minister), Ibrahim Najjar (Justice), Wael Bou Faour (State Minister), Ziad Baroud (Interior), Gebran Bassil (Energy), Hussein Hajj Hasan (Agriculture), Abraham Dedeyan (Industry), Ali Chami (Foreign Affairs), Mona Ofeish (State Minister), Hasan Mneimneh (Education), Adnan Sayyed Hussein (State Minister), Charbel Nahhas (Telecommunications), Fadi Abboud (Tourism), Salim Sayegh (Social Affairs), Rayya Haffar (Finance), Mohamad Rahhal (Environment), Youssef Saade (State Minister) and Salim Warde (Culture).
